Field Complete is growing really fast. So we are looking for a HR Generalist to work with founders to develop a great company culture along with a good HR barnd. Great experience working with US based founders and US Venture Backed StartUp. Opportunity to grow our recruiting department.

Tasks:

• Manage an end-to-end recruitment process from writing job specifications and assisting in salary decisions through to sending offer contracts;
• Full cycle of HR processes (1:1, 360s, probation reviews);
• Managing corporate events and team-building activities;
• Help with Ukraine based payroll.

Requirements:

• 1+ years as a Recruiter / HR Generalist.
• Great administrative technical skills.
• Fluent or Advanced English level.
• Ability to solve social issues between employees.
• Ability to rally a team and build proper culture.
