Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a BA in the development team;

• Ability to structure and analyse big amounts of data using MS Excel or similar tools;

• Experience in preparing comprehensive reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data;

• Experience with UML, Use Cases, Business oriented story writing;

• Strong skills in writing requirements specifications, documentation, acceptance criteria;

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence;

• Understanding of basic SDLC;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;

• Critical thinking and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications

• Creating appropriate solution documentation that allows the team to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.

• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

• Analyse data and deliver results to team members in a compact and well-understandable manner using charts and diagrams.

• Create functionality requirements, clarification & specifications for new projects.
