More than 10 years experience in marketing and project management. I worked for both startups and large companies as well as world-famous projects like Eurovision. 

My hard skills: Google Analytics and all types of ads (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter), Amazon ads, project management and content management, marketing strategy. Main tasks at current position: marketing strategy implementation, budgeting and lead generation, CAC, ROI optimization and people management.

I managed teams of 5 to 9 people remotely and some of them where in different countries and time zones. 

Growing professionals is my personal challenge- I like when my team members learn from me and I like learning and development myself. I have taken part as a speaker at several conferences and meet-ups including IForum, KMBS, PPCsummit and I was an invited lecturer at Lviv Startup depo. 

I currently work as a CMO and would like to move towards marketing product management.

I nurtured 7 marketing specialists. I am able to grow marketing team from scratch in different organizations from startups to corporations. I increased conversion rate for 20% for the E-commerce project, made and implemented a solid marketing strategy to grow ROI for 33%. On the B2B project I managed to lower CAC by 30 with the same number of sales, increase ROAS by 60% and grow website blog traffic by 50% YoY.
