Provided daily legal support for up to 10 IT companies at the same time (from 20 to 800 developers each).

Corporate law:

• completed more than 50 projects of incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in Ukraine and abroad;
• conducted M&A in different jurisdictions both on the sides - sellers and buyers;
• conducted startups’ investment projects on different terms: capital investment, SAFE, convertible loan; created the model of realization of the convertible loan investments in Ukraine;
• developed management system for more than 10 companies (executive board, supervisory board, advisory board, etc.);
• mediated the resolution of corporate conflicts between shareholders.

Commercial law and contracts

• drafted and concluded hundreds of agreements of various types: MSA, NDA, NCA, NSA, license agreements, lease agreements, supply agreements, purchase agreements, loan agreements, debt restructuring agreements, pledges, and mortgage agreements, etc.;
• negotiated the termination of contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including dismission of employees; 
• developed standards and policies (ToU, Privacy Policy, Information Security Policies, Employee Handbooks, etc.).

Intellectual property 

• concluded the agreements subject to sale-purchase of various IP rights objects (code, images, designs, videos, text works, characters, etc.) both for sellers and buyers;
• drafted copyright agreements with authors, artists, publishers, galleries, etc; 
• drafted the agreement of joint ownership of intellectual property rights;
• conducted selling of YouTube-channel with 3 million subscribers (including the purchase of IP rights on characters);
• provided legal support for several projects of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation ("Second Biennale of Young Art", "Kharkiv School of Photography: from Soviet censorship to new aesthetics", etc.).

Management:

• Managed a permanent team of 3 lawyers;
• Managed projects and process with up to 10 members;
• The team under my management was awarded in the category "Corporate and M&A" by the Legal500 rating and listed as one of the best legal teams for IT business by Legal Awards.
