•       10+ years in finance field including 4+ years as CFO (directly manage financial and legal teams);

•       Develop strategic financial planning;

•       Build financial framework from scratch;

•       Develop business and financial model;

•       Budgeting, liquidity management, P&L forecasting;

•       Profound knowledge of UAS and IFRS accounting standards;

•       Develop reporting and controlling IT system;

•       In-depth practical knowledge of fund raising through various banking products;

•       Broad educational background in finance and international economy (International University of Monaco, KNEU) supported by additional bachelor in Law (KNEU)

•       Professional certificates: Certified Project manager, Candidate for CFA Level 3, Fitch Rating training course;

•       Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Power point) and accounting system (1C)

•       Bilingual in English and French;

•       Leadership, analytical mindset, proactive, result-driven and able to critical thinking.
