Achievements: Database increasing by 30%, web-site traffic increasing by 19% (while reducing the advertising budget and organic traffic increasing by 75%), was increased number of publications on the site by 2.6 times and restarted the corporate blog, launched a monthly online digest.

Online events launched: 1 conference - over 500 registrations, 26 webinars - over 3000 registrations.

Participation in the CRM project on all stages (developing from the scratch), setting up CRM marketing and analytics (including GA), participating in internal projects aimed at processes optimization and people involving.

Developing direction "Digital Services" (start - 2d half of 2021).

Kaizen Institute Ukraine / Kaizen Club in Ukraine 

Achievements: Were organized 4 annual conferences with audience of 150-250 people (margin 35% -72%), adapted and launched international certification program on "Lean/Kaizen" (62 participants (5 groups) during 3 years), developed and launched educational project (about 200 participants per year), developed and launched 8 trainings (28 events in total), organized benchmarking trips to 7 Ukrainian enterprises from scratch (over 50 events), organized about 30 promo events (by themselves and with partners), managed over 15 consulting projects.

Customer base increased by 92%. Yearly sales increasing at least by 20%. Coordination of the process of creating 4 web-sites and content preparation, web-sites administration. SMM - official Facebook page development by organic method.

Brand development and retention on the #1 position. Was developed loyalty program and organized community around the brand (Club membership). Took part in developing an affiliate network.


IBMS 

Achievements: Was organized marketing activity from scratch, developed and launched training project (territory - all of Ukraine) - more than 150 participants per year, about 10 promo events were organized (by themselves and with partners).

Customer base increased by 44%. Took part in developing an affiliate network.

Participation in the CRM project (Bitrix24) - developing from the scratch, setting up CRM-marketing and Google Analytics. Coordination of the process of creating 2 web-sites and content preparation.
