For the last year I had position at “Splynx” billing system company as Technical Support Engineer,
that got opportunity for reaching good experience on support, configuration Linux-based servers, NAS AAA
Debugging (Radius) , operating with SQL queries, more deeply database understanding.
Also, for the past year I had position at Network Integrator, as a result I have experience with
datacenter solutions (Cisco switches/routers, Cisco ACI Fabric). Have good experience with Wireless
Radio site Survey (Ekahau), Radio planning (Ekahau).
In 2017-2020 I had a position of Technical Support Engineer in ISP with 55 000 customers and
about 4 thousand units of active network equipment.
At the time when I was working as a NOC Engineer, I also had duties as a Customer Support
Manager - the experience of communications with end customer allows you to better understanding
configuration and operation of network.
