Responsibilities:

- Gathering requirements for the vacancy;

- Posting vacancies on job sites;

- Active and passive candidate search( LinkedIn, Facebook, Djinni, Telegram, Job-portals, Dou)

- CV screening;

- Conducting interviews;

- Appointing technical interviews;

- Job offer preparation;

- Communication with the HR department;

- Providing feedback to candidates;

- Maintaining the internal Recruitment database of candidates

- Closing technical and non-technical vacancies.

Closing of such vacancies as:

Front-end/ Back-end Development: JavaScript/Python/ PHP Developer (Symfony, Laravel,Yii2,WordPress, Magento),.NET, QA,UI/UX Designer, Copywriting, PPC Specialist, Targetologist
