During the first year, we changed the approach to advertising, which allowed us to increase the number of customer requests and increase brand awareness. Having studied the behavior of customers on the site, we decided to make a new site on the same domain, completely changing its architecture. We integrated the routing of incoming requests directly into the telegram bot, which made it possible to speed up the processing of requests by 3 times. We revised the approach to processing applications and communication with customers and partners.
